Black Soyabeans are a black variety of the common white or yellow soybean. They are high in fibre and very high in protein, an excellent source of protein for vegans and vegetarians. Black Soyabeans go well in both hot and cold recipes and are well-suited for heavy seasoning or a simple sprinkle of salt and lemon juice.
