BLACK SALT POUNDED
Black Salt gets its distinct color, taste, and smell from its sulphur content, which produces the black crystals. It is extensively used in chaat, over salads, in chutneys, and over fruits to give a them special flavour. Considered to have cooling properties in Ayurveda.
Transfer contents into an air-tight container after opening, then store in a cool and dry place, away from moisture.
