Arbi is a starchy edible tuber grown in several nations around the world. The leaves, root, and corm of the taro plant are delicious however, they must be cooked before consuming. Taro or dasheen should have a sweet nutty flavor. It shares the same brown, hairy appearance.

1 kg of Arbi contains approximately 12-15 pieces. However, the size and weight of the organic produce coming from the farm may vary slightly.

Cooking Tip:

Wash and boil arbi in salt water and coat them in spices and a bit of sugar and shallow fry them in olive oil.

Storage Tip:

Wrap Arabi in a paper bag or keep it in reusable zip pouches and store them in the refrigerator. Make sure that you thoroughly wash it with warm water before use.
