Organic Cauliflower
Roasted, stir-fried or blended into a creamy soup, there's no wrong way to prepare this sweet, all-purpose veggie! Try mixing it into your rice for some extra crunch or heavily season the cauliflower and make it the star of some vegan tacos.
1 kg of cauliflower contains approximately 1 to 2 pieces. However, the size and weight of the organic produce coming from the farm may vary slightly.
Storage Tip:
It is best to store cauliflower in the fridge, unwashed. Wash the cauliflower only before using it. Store your cauliflower in a zip pouch or breathable bag (muslin is a good option too) to maintain its freshness for a longer duration.
Cooking Tip:
Fry or grill cauliflower florets with spices as a healthier alternative for meat. Or, you can even substitute regular rice with some gluten free cauliflower rice by simply pulsing cauliflower florets into a food processor until they form granule-like textures.
