Organic Chiogga Beets
Chiogga Beets add a fabulous splash of colour to your plate. Whether you want to perk up you tray of roasted veggies or just need something quick and easy to grate into a salad, this root is your go-to-option.
Slice chioggia beets into equal and place them on a baking tray. Toss with olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Separate the greens and the beet in two different bags in the fridge.
