Organic Flat Kale
Kale is a dark green nutritious leafy that is great for salad prep as its bitter flavour provides a nice contrast to sweet or nutty flavours.
Storage Tip:
To make your kale leaves last for a week, wrap the bunch of kale in a layer of paper towels, and store in a zip-lock bag in the refrigerator.
Cooking Tip:
The tenderness of flat kale can be enjoyed when braised in red wine vinegar, coconut oil, butter and garlic.
