Wonderfully versatile, Palak (Spinach) is just as good raw or cooked, and tender enough to eat whole. Its rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin K and packed with Pottassium, iron and folate. An excellent leafy green for your eyesight.

Cooking Tip:

Coat palak leaves (individually) with spices and a thin coating of gram/rice flour and air fry them for healthy and delicious palak pakodas.


Storage Tip:
Delivered from our farm, so wash before eating. Keep in the fridge and make sure the leaves do not get crushed.
