Put chopped green chillies into vinegar and let it rest for 3-4 days for some great chilli flavored vinegar.
Storage Tip:
Chilies should be stored in the refrigerator. Before storing, make sure that you remove the stem part from the chilies and keep them in reusable paper pouches. (muslin cloth is also a good option).
