Organic Green Meat Radish
Green Meat Radish is longer and wider that White Meat Radish and has a beautiful two-tone colour. Our Green Meat Radish has a sweet crisp flavour and is not as hot and peppery as regular radish. While they are best eaten raw with a bit of salt and lemon, you can also add them to salads, mix them into stir-fries, or pickle them!
Cooking Tip:
Quite similar to cooking mustard greens, green meat radish can be steamed, blanched or stir-fried. Its mildly pungent flavour and crisp texture makes wonderful dishes.
Storage Tip:
Green meat radish stays upto 1-2 weeks if stored unwashed in the refridgerator.
