Our unbleached maida is made from an organic Lokwan variety of wheat that is grown in Maharashtra. Unlike whole-wheat flour, it excludes the wheat germ and the bran. While maida has less dietary fibre than whole-wheat, it is a useful complement to other flours, especially during baking.
Transfer contents into an air-tight container after opening, then store in a cool and dry place, away from moisture.
