Passionfruit is a tropical fruit that is incredibly fun to eat by itself but also adds a citrusy note to desserts. The interior seed cavity is filled a sweet, tart pulp, which is highly aromatic and tastes like a combination of pineapple, mango, and orange.

Storage Tip:

Unripened yellow passion fruit should be stored at normal room temperature to complete its ripening process. During this process, make sure to avoid direct contact with Sunlight. Once organic yellow passion fruit has ripened, store them in cotton bags or muslin cloth and refrigerate them immediately to retain their freshness.
