Organic Potato
Our potatoes are perfectly suited for baking, mashing, or frying. Slice them into long wedges and bake with olive oil and salt for a healthier take on french fries, or chop them up and boil the pieces, then mash them with butter, salt, and pepper for a classic mashed potato!
Storage Tip
As a rule of thumb, the best place to store potatoes is in a cool, dry area of your kitchen, with good ventilation and out of direct sunlight. At warmer or more humid temperatures, they have a tendency to start sprouting or going bad sooner. A paper bag, basket, or large bowl are ideal for storing a pile of potatoes since they allow for plenty of air circulation and reduce humidity.
Cooking Tip:
Heat some olive oil into your pan and pan-roast some potato cubes in garlic, sea salt, black pepper and chopped parsley.
1 kg of potatoes contains approximately 8 to 10 pieces. However, the size and weight of the organic produce coming from the farm may vary slightly.
