Raw Brown Sugar (also known as cane sugar) is unrefined, produced directly from sugarcane juice, and has a distinct toffee caramel-like flavour. A great replacement for refined sugar in tea and coffee, it's flavour is best highlighted when used in baked goods, sweet sauces and glazes.
