Organic Sweet Corn
Sweet Corn is a famous treat during the monsoons. They have small yellow kernels with a starchy texture and have a sweet, creamy taste. Sweet Corn goes well in soups and salads. Alternatively, just add a pinch of salt, a dash of chili powder, and a squeeze of lemon juice for a classic snack.
1 kg of sweet corns contains approximately 4 to 5 pieces. However, the size and weight of the organic produce coming from the farm may vary slightly.
Sweet corn tends to lose its sweetness at room temperature so the best way is to store them in the refridgerator, unhusked.
A bowl of warm boiled sweet corn is a classic all time favourite. Boil some corn until the kernels are tender and squeeze some lemon on top and a dollop of butter and enjoy right away!
