Watermelon radishes are an heirloom variety of daikon radishes. They’re crisp with a mildly peppery but sweet taste. These pretty radishes aren’t just for show — they’re also very delicious and versatile! They can be eaten raw, pickled, or cooked.
Similar to regular radishes, this variety does not have to be peeled before eating. Just make sure to wash them very well and scrub away any dirt. They are best eaten raw.
Store them in your refrigerator for up to a week.
