Methi (Fenugreek) is an Indian kitchen favourite and is one of the few herbs that is also used as a spice. Methi leaves are used commonly for tempering purposes and as a garnish in several dishes.
Clean and chop off any leftover roots of freshly delivered methi. Rinse it under cold water and allow it to dry between a muslin cloth. Store in the fridge in a soft muslin cloth. It would remain fresh for up to 3 to 4 days.
