Cluster beans (Gavar, Gvar, Guar) have a distinct flavor and slightly bitter in taste giving your dish a starchy and robust flavour.
Gawar beans are first chopped and then cooked in condiments and in the end mango powder is sprinkled that add the flavor to this dish. This dish adds a little variety to the lunch or dinner menu.
Wrap them in a soft cloth or newspaper and refrigerate them. Avoid storing them in plastic containers, as they trap the moisture in.
