ORGANIC BABY PALAK
This baby version of the iron packed paalak is an ideal green to add in salads, juices, etc. They're comparatively more tender than the regular spinach and hence it gives out most of its benefits when eaten raw.
Baby spinach is extremely versatile and in most cases eaten raw. If cooking, we suggest you to blanch it in a pan of boiling water for 1 min, drain, and immediately refresh in a bowl of cold water - drain again and then chop finely. Can use it in sauces, soups, pastas & even as a pizza topping.
Keep it in the leafy section of your fridge but be careful not to crush the delicate leaves. You can even rinse it gently in water, dry it between two muslin cloths and leave in the refrigerator (in the cloth). Delivered from our farm - please rinse before consumption.
