ORGANIC COLORED CARROT
As delicious as they are beautiful, our coloured carrots are great for shaving raw into salads or roasting for a multi-colored side dish.
To ensure the long freshness of carrots, they should be safely packed in a bag (muslin material, or something breathable) and stored in the refrigerator. This will allow them to remain fresh.
Try making glazed colored carrot in olive oil, maple syrup and seasonings.
