Walnut Oil is derived from pressed walnuts. The oil is packed with healthy fats and fatty acids, excellent for brain health. It is light and delicate in flavour and aroma, with a slightly nutty and bitter note. It is best used in cold preparations, so avoid cooking or heating the oil too much.
Walnut Oil can be kept in an air-tight bottle at normal room temperature. However, make sure that it is kept away from the gas stove.
